Naoussa
The small but lovely village of Naoussa is the best place to stay on Paros for those that want an authentic taste of Greek island life. With its bona fide Greek hospitality, laid back ambience, incredibly flavour-some food and pristine beaches, this village is a top choice for travelers that are looking to escape the crowds of larger Paros resorts and enjoy a quieter vacation.
Located on the northern end of a huge bay, this village has a beautiful feel about it. The narrow streets are a mix of traditional Greek and Venetian design with arched doorways, white-washed walls and local boutiques selling jewelry and souvenirs. The village also has a handful of smaller cafes where you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The town’s plethora of Greek orthodox churches add to its character.

Parikia
There are several wonderful places to stay in Paros, but it’s hard to beat the stunning town of Naoussa. A walk around the streets is pretty picturesque too, especially as the laneways come alive with marmalade hues at sunset.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the main part of the town, but you’ll probably want to head to the east side of the island for some sand and sunshine. On the beachfront near the port are a couple of nice bars that are ideal for relaxing with a drink while soaking up some sun. It’s a great spot for families too, as the soft sandy beaches are perfect for frolicking.
The southeastern coast is where you’ll find some of the best beaches in Paros, including the famous Chrissi Akti beach. It’s a long stretch of glistening golden sand and is popular with windsurfers and swimmers alike. There are also a few good beach tavernas nearby to enjoy some tasty seafood while relaxing on the sand.

Lefkes

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a peaceful holiday away from the noise of partygoers, but with beaches and restaurants not far away.
The charm of Lefkes unfolds as you wander its twisting streets, passing houses seemingly stacked on top of each other and gazing out over wheat-coloured hills. It’s also a great spot to visit the Church of Agia Triada, which was built in 1830 and features a three-aisled pattern with detailed frescoes and a ceramic representation of the Holy Trinity crafted by Virginia Kydonieo.
It’s best to visit Lefkes early or late in the day before and after the tour buses arrive, as it can get busy during summer months. You can park in the free public car park outside of Stratis Bakery and walk into the old town.
